Welcome to the Lauridsen Ballet Centre, home of South Bay ballet- where excellence is the reward!
We are proud that our studio has the system that works! For more than thirty years, one dancer after another has joined the ranks of the extremely competitive professional ballet world.
Our unique curriculum combines respected ballet traditions with cutting edge knowledge of anatomy and kinesiology, working with the body in a way that is surely the direction of the future. And SBB is leading the way.
Whether you are an aspiring professional, studying to audition for a university dance program, or simply wish to enjoy the beauty that is ballet, SBB is THE place to be.
